Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

Due to the very specialized nature of the canine behavior cases USA Dog Behavior, LLC addresses, we regularly have a waiting list of clients for our services. It is for this reason we take every scheduled appointment we have with clients very seriously. In order for us to have a successful working relationship, we want our clients to do the same.

1. Any cancellations or requested rescheduling that occurs less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session fee.
   
   

2. Appointments with USA Dog Behavior, LLC may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge if such changes are made at least 72 hours in advance of the appointment time.
   
   

3. USA Dog Behavior, LLC requires all clients keep a current credit card on file in the event cancellation/rescheduling fees need to be charged. Credit card details will be collected when scheduling the first session.
